Amazon Reviews #1
After much research on the internet, I had decided that the best type of PA system to complement my electric violin was that designed for a keyboard. Behringer amps seemed good value for money and so, with advice from my son (who is in a rock band), I had purchased the K900FX Ultratone 90W. At the lower sound levels, I can practice at home (if not using my earphones), and at the higher levels, I could perform in public. It is everything that I had hoped for – well-made, sturdy, not too heavy, the higher notes of my violin are not too “trebly”, and it has some good sound effects that I am still experimenting with.”

“I searched for hours online trying to find a good amplifier for my keyboard. I wasn’t too sure about any of them as had been told by many other keyboard players that only keyboard amps are good for keyboards. This thing does the trick. It’s light enough to where I can carry it around and put it in my small trunk. The sounds are great you just have to find a setting that works for you. I use it with my Yamaha YPG 535 in a 15 piece horn and rhythm band and it sounds great. I have used it for a professional gig in a fairly large theatre and it had plugged into the PA system and sounded great. The power cord is a bit short so I recommend getting an extension cord.”
